Cahors wines and South Western cuisine in Surrey

In the South East of England, close to Greater London, Surrey is a very pretty Bristish area where tourists are numerous. It is not really known for its culinary sophistication but it seems this is not true anymore. A French restaurant, Le Cassoulet, opened its doors (and tables) in Croydon. The Independent journalist, John Walsh, seemed to be surprised but happy about this new disvovery.
