Philippe Lejeune, owner of Château Chambert, has a lot of ambition for his estate. He also has the invaluable help of consultant winemaker Stéphane Derenoncourt. Chambert and Derenoncourt explain their projects to journalist Helen Savage in an interview for JournalLive in the UK.
