One of them is Clos Triguedina 2006, "An intense, smooth, inky red, with damsons and blackberries, from the Cahors region, in south west France, produced from 20-year-old vines." He suggests to eat it with a roast, or a steak and kidney pie. A nice pairing when duck and truffles are not available!
